Velta is a peninsula, located to the southwest of Pebbleland and north of New-Velho. It is the smallest official state in the server as of right now. Velta has been formed to create an independent and neutral state. This was primarily for the headquarters of the DIU (Democratic Island Union), which are currently in the progress of being built, but a future city or village might also be planned.
