New-Velho
Currently under development, New-Velho is situated in close proximity to Old-Velho, the latter of which sustained extensive damage during the Velho-Halvertian War. New-Velho, alongside Old-Velho and Halvert, is considered to constitute the province. This designation recognizes the collective administrative and geographical significance of these locations within the broader regional framework. Furthermore, New-Velho occupies a central geographical position within Knaperland. This strategic location likely contributes to its ongoing development and its potential as a significant urban center within the region. The establishment of New-Velho can be interpreted as a deliberate effort to create a modern urban area in the vicinity of the historically impacted Old-Velho, potentially serving as a replacement or expansion of the former financial district.
