By accessing and utilizing the Good Creations! Minecraft server (hereinafter referred to as "the server"), you, the User (hereinafter referred to as "the Builder"), acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Proclamation, herein known as the Good Creations Codex (hereinafter referred to as "the Codex"). This Codex serves as the supreme law of the Server, ensuring the harmonious creation and collective prosperity of our virtual world. Adherence to these Directives is mandatory for all members of the Good Creations! Community.

Article I: General Directives

1.1: The Collective Good

The primary objective of all Builders shall be the enhancement of the collective good. Individual ambition must be tempered by a commitment to the overall prosperity and aesthetic integrity of the server. Selfish exploitation of resources or disruption of communal projects will not be tolerated.

1.2: Respect for the Proletariat

All Builders are equal in their right to contribute to the Good Creations! server. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of prejudice against fellow Builders is strictly prohibited. The voices of the people shall be heard, and their contributions valued.

1.3: Labor and Production

All Builders are expected to engage in productive labor, contributing to the construction of communal projects and the development of the server's infrastructure. Idle hands are the workshop of the bourgeoisie, and shall not be tolerated.

1.4: Preservation of the Commons

Resources within the server are the property of the collective. Excessive hoarding, destruction of natural resources, or any action that diminishes the shared wealth of the server is forbidden.

1.5: Adherence to the Plan

The Server Staff (hereinafter referred to as "the Vanguard") shall establish overarching plans for server development. Builders are expected to adhere to these plans, contributing their efforts to the realization of the collective vision.

Article II: Specific Directives

2.1: Construction and Development

  • All construction must adhere to the aesthetic guidelines established by the Vanguard.
  • Griefing, defined as the intentional destruction or alteration of another Builder's creations without explicit permission, is strictly prohibited and shall be met with swift retribution.
  • Exploitation of game mechanics for personal gain at the expense of the collective is forbidden.

2.2: Communication and Interaction

  • Communication within the server shall be conducted in a respectful and constructive manner.
  • Spamming, advertising, or any form of disruptive communication is prohibited.
  • Political agitation or the propagation of counter-revolutionary ideologies is forbidden.

2.3: Enforcement and Justice

  • The Vanguard shall be the ultimate arbiter of justice within the server.
  • Violations of the Codex shall be subject to penalties as determined by the Vanguard, up to and including expulsion from the server.
  • Appeals to the Vanguard's decisions may be submitted, but the Vanguard's word is law.

The Codex may be amended or revised by the Vanguard as deemed necessary to ensure the continued prosperity and harmonious development of the server. All Builders are expected to remain informed of any changes to the Codex.

Article IV: Regional Regulations

The rules outlined in this Codex apply to all areas of the Good Creations! server.

However, specific regions may have their own additional regulations to accommodate unique building styles, community projects, or lore.

These regional regulations, when established by the Vanguard, must be followed in conjunction with this Codex.
