New Halvert is a city built by NotMihnea, so the land above UnderCity was occupied. It started with a few roads, houses, then expaning into the north with more roads, then uniting with Old Halvert and creating the United Kingdom of Halvert.


It is the most advanced out of the 4 regions, having the most businesses and hosting the most appartments/houses.
