UnderCity is a small city, still in development, created by notmihnea1(build infrastructure, houses, a mini Kaufland, parking, and everything you see) and Minionguyjpro (used commands to dig, perfectioned the road system).
UnderCity is the land below [[New-Halvert|New Halvert]], being a test city since it is fully underground.


The date when the project has started has been forgottenYeah...
It features 3 restaurants and a coffee shop, with more to be bult because half of it is empty.
