The Halvert Republic (officially referred to as the Halvert Socialist Republic) was a significant sovereign state located in the region between the [[Republic of Velho]] (1943-1989) to the west and [[Pebbleland]] to the north. The Republic existed for nearly six decades, from its establishment in 1923 until the conclusion of the [[Velho-Halvertian War]] in 1982. The Halvert Republic was officially established on August 3, 1923, following a successful revolution that led to the dissolution of the [[Poshin Empire]]. This revolution was a pivotal event that not only marked the end of the Poshin Empire's rule but also resulted in the division of its vast territory into three distinct states. The newly formed state of [[Halvert]] was positioned to the west, [[Pebbleland]] occupied the central region, and [[Hazzel]] emerged in the eastern part of the former empire. This division fundamentally reshaped the political and social landscape of the region, creating new national entities with their own distinct identities and governance structures. The revolution itself was a symbol of the growing resistance to imperial authority and set the stage for a new era of political realignment in the region.
