Velta is a peninsula, located to the southwest of [[Pebbleland]] and north of [[New-Velho]]. It is the smallest official state in the server as of right now. Velta has been formed to create an independent and neutral state. This was primarily for the headquarters of the [[Democratic Island Union|DIU (Democratic Island Union)]], which are currently in the progress of being built, but a future city or village might also be planned. | |||
